Comments

For internal publicity, two obvious strategies here are development of the HCSNet web site and the publication of a regular newsletter. But what should these contain? How would content for a regular newsletter be obtained? How frequent should it be? Can we use the same newsletter for external publicity? Should we have a flyer that advertises the network, and if so, who should it be targeted at and what should it contain?
In terms of the original budget proposed for the Network, we had allocated somewhere around $25k per annum for activities in this area. How would such a sum be best spent? Is this too much or too little?
