Research Interests

Ted Dunstone is interested in the analysis of biometric systems, and in particular the understanding, measurement and evaluation of biometric performance at a system, group and individual level. Research efforts in examining biometric data have spanned across face recognition, speaker verification, fingerprint identification, typing dynamics and iris recognition. He has recently co-authored a text book "Biometric System and Data Analysis: Design, Evaluation, and Data Mining" with Neil Yager. It will be published in September and is now available for pre-order through Amazon.
