Research InterestsI am interested in the development and application of
fast and compact data structures. A data structure represents
a way to efficiently store and retrieve data on a computer
system. My research into this area has led to the development
of several new and efficient data structures such as the B-trie, the HAT-trie,
and the cache-conscious hash table. I was awarded a PhD in Computer Science at RMIT University in 2008, and I am currently initiating several research projects with the aim of further advancing the state-of-the-art of existing data structures by exploiting current hardware trends.
