Workshop on Interactive Systems in Performing Arts (WISP)
Summary
WISP will bring progressive research practitioners together with high end creative artists to explore in a true science-meets-art environment the potentials for the evolution of the performance space in the twenty-first century. It aims to build some principles and applications that illustrate the way in which interactive sensing technologies, interactive music composition and interactive realtime generative imagery, dynamic scenology, video conferencing and telepresence, can become an integral part of the performance environment.
