HCSNet Event Registration Payment Info

Registration Fee Payment Instructions

To pay for your registration please visit the UWS iPay website and follow the instructions below to find and pay for your registration items

Step 1: Visit https://ipay.uws.edu.au/opens in a new window.

Step 2: Review the iPay system information and click 'Continue'.

Step 3: Find the 'HCSNet Workshops' option in the products list, select it and click 'Submit'.

Step 4: Find and add the required items to your order (using the 'Add to Order' button next to the item you want to add).

Notes:

  • For non-members or new members (<2 months) you need to pay the workshop registration fee as well as the workshop dinner fee (if attending the dinner). HCSNet members who joined more than 2 months ago need only pay for the workshop dinner.
  • If registering for both days of a 2-day workshop, ensure you add the 'HCSNet 2-day Workshop' item ($100).
  • If registering for only one day of a 2-day workshop or registering for a 1-day workshop, ensure you add the 'HCSNet 1-day Workshop' item ($50).
  • If you intend to attend the workshop dinner (if one is being held for that particular workshop), ensure you add the 'HCSNet Workshop Dinner' item ($20 for non-students, $10 for students).

Step 5: When you have added all the items you need to add, confirm the total cost matches the cost in the table above and click 'Proceed to Purchase Order' to complete your registration purchase.
